I learned about the Five Stages of Radical Forgiveness through my certification as a Radical Forgiveness master coach. It shifted my perspective from victimhood to understanding, compassion, and gratitude. The five stages involve telling the story, feeling the feelings, collapsing the story, reframing the experience, and integration. This process helps us to release the negative emotions that hold us back from living our best lives, and leads to peace, acceptance, and gratitude for the challenges we face.
