The Pain of Unmet Expectations: How to Navigate & Overcome

Struggling in my relationships and feeling resentful, I had no idea that my unrealistic expectations were the culprit. Little did I know, understanding expectations took me on a journey of self-discovery, learning to accept and love myself, and developing healthier relationships. What I’ve gained from this experience is nothing short of life-changing – and I’m still learning.

In this episode, I delve into the subject of expectations and their impact on ourselves and our relationships.
