3 Steps to Releasing Resentments

I was holding a grudge against my ex, and it was really starting to weigh me down. I was angry and bitter all the time, and I couldn’t enjoy anything. I knew I needed to forgive him, but I just couldn’t seem to let go. I decided to sit down and really think about the costs and benefits of holding onto this grudge. I realized that it was only costing me my peace of mind and happiness. I decided that I was ready to forgive him and let go of all the anger and bitterness. It was a huge weight off my shoulders and I finally felt free.
