The first step I took was I looked at what I had created and took responsibility for my own emotions and reactions. The second step was I recognized my judgments about the situation and still loved myself despite them. The third step was for me to be willing to see the perfection in the situation, even if it seems negative. The fourth step was to choose the power of peace over dwelling in negative emotions.
