Loving Your Anger: Taming the Volcano with Radical Forgiveness

Feel and love your anger to free yourself and create positive change with Radical Forgiveness.

Listen and learn about healthy ways to release anger through the Radical Forgiveness Process. In this process, we explore the underlying emotion of anger, and learn to express it in a safe way by loving the anger and doing some kind of anger work. This could include explosive physical activity, screaming, or even going to a rage room. We can also see the anger as a message that we are out of alignment with something in our lives. By getting honest and addressing it, we can turn the anger into a positive outcome.

When we know how to control our anger without denying it or suppressing it, it’s very healing. And radical forgiveness can help us with this – allowing our emotions to flow freely through the body as feelings.
