Uncover how family dynamics and roles shape who we are today and how we interact with others. This episode is about family dynamics, roles and how they shape us. Family dynamics significantly impact health in both positive and negative ways. We can create awareness of the family dynamic and roles we play, then gain control to change them if needed.

There are six archetypal roles and six family dynamics which can be influenced by factors such as an absent parent, disabilities, or abusive relationships. Examples are given of how these roles and dynamics can affect relationships. Learn how to set boundaries and give yourself permission to make changes. Self-awareness is key to understanding our family roles and how they impact us and our emotional wellbeing, so we can make changes for our own growth and those around us.

Family dynamics significantly impact health in both positive and negative ways. Having a close knit and supportive family provides emotional support, economic wellbeing, and increases overall health.
