Raise your hand if you’ve ever experienced having a resentment I’m raising my hand, Are you? It was a buildup of these resentments that actually got me into the forgiveness work, and I didn’t even know I needed forgiveness.

Because of my own hurt and pain, I had learned to go more logical rather than heartfelt for protection. Can you relate? I didn’t know this of course, until I started to do the forgiveness work. Through the years, I’ve taken more courses and received more credentials and forgiveness along with holistic life approaches, including becoming a grief educator because we are all grieving something in our lives every single day.

I developed a process called the Forgiveness ARC that you’ll be learning about in this podcast. Along with the tools of radical forgiveness and hearing stories from my own learning and others who have experienced turning their pain into peace with forgiveness. We will be talking about how unforgiveness takes up space in your mind and body, and that weighs you down. It stops you from being creative, and it affects your health. It interrupts having healthy relationships and can cause so much shame and guilt that it becomes debilitating. My clients have experienced peace, calm, feeling lighter, more confident, ability to leave toxic relationships, and they’ve learned to love themselves and be in healthy relationships using these different processes, and I want that for you too.

We will be talking about resentments and how they can block us from our creativity and even create a financial glass ceiling in our businesses and jobs. You’ll be able to look at a lighter side of forgiveness and where you can learn to have a choice in how you want to be in your life versus the programming you’ve been living based on beliefs and patterns you’ve carried.

I’m grateful you’re here, and I look forward to guiding you towards forgiveness in your life through this podcast. If you enjoy the show, please share it with someone you think might also find it beneficial. Thanks so much for listening!
