As we are looking at releasing 2020 and entering 2021 – let’s reflect a bit.
Giving ourselves some grace as we are entering into this new year. So many of us are grieving and studies are showing we are working with PTSD for most of us.
Some are even feeling guilty because they’ve had the best year in their business and life and they are feeling like that’s a bad thing because others are suffering.
2020 brought sorrow and gifts. And reflection even for a few minutes is so valuable to honor where you’ve been, what you’ve overcome and how you really want to move forward. Not how you “should”. This is how you WANT to.
Let’s take a look at stopping “shoulding” on ourselves and start to capture what is truly in our hearts.
